Jason Robinson's Janus Ensemble, Inc. is the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports much of the creative work of composer, saxophonist, flutist, and scholar Jason Robinson. Robinson's critically acclaimed Janus Ensemble was founded in 2009 and has performed and recorded in a variety of instrumentations and sizes. Expansive in energy and scope, the Janus Ensemble has transformed over the years and now includes a number of small and medium-sized configurations, as well as a flagship 17-piece large ensemble, the Janus Orchestra.

The goals are simple: to inspire hope and creativity through imaginative original music.

Founded in 2008, Jason Robinson's Janus Ensemble has recorded six critically acclaimed albums in configurations ranging from trio to full 17-piece creative music orchestra. The ensemble's core roster includes more than 25 musicians, with an expanded roster that totals more than 50 performers. Additionally, the ensemble has performed at numerous venues throughout the U.S. Northeast, recorded at studios in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York, and worked with various engineers, photographers, videographers, album manufacturers, publicists, concert producers and promoters, record labels, digital distributors, and a broad network of music and culture professionals.
